If you're not in Japan :

You have to submit the following to our company

1. Send rental property info to you via email.

2. Visit website for 360 degree room view of selected property.

3. Photo snapshot of your passport.

4. Photo snapshot of Acceptance letter from your institution.

5. Photo snapshot of proof of scholarship.

All payments are due and rental contract will be close on the day you arrival at our office to receive the key to your apartment. Alternatively, you can ask your assigned tutor to collect the keys on your behalf, as well as activating the utilities.

If you're in Japan :

You have to submit the following to our company

1. Send rental property info to you via email.

2. Visit website for 360 degree room view of selected property.

3. Visit property in-person with our staff.

4. Photo snapshot of your passport..

5. Photo snapshot of your resident card..

6. Photo snapshot of your current student ID issued by your institution..

7. Requires Japan activated cellphone number to complete rental contract.

All payments are due and rental contract will be close on the day you collect the key to your apartment. The whole procedure must be done in person.
